Date: Aug. 7th, 2009 03:30 pm (UTC)The last few times I took my cats to the vet, they didn't have a clue what was wrong with them either. This has been a disturbing trend I've heard a lot from people lately and it's very upsetting.
I'm sorry you two had to let her go so soon. :-(

Date: Aug. 13th, 2009 12:18 am (UTC)Yurgh. That's... not good to hear. When we had the tests done there were two things they thought might be wrong with her that we didn't pursue, partly because there wasn't anything we could do to save her if she had them anyway. One was something they all have as kittens and every once in a while it mutates in adults.
*HUGS* Thanks for the sympathy, and... I'm about to make a new post, because soon though it is, we just got a kitten...
