The vet called her a 'blue/cream tortoiseshell' and it's actually kind of the mutt cat coloring around here. She was about the sweetest most loving cat I've ever known. Not a brain in her head, but she would purr and love Squeaks even when she was being smacked around.
Yurgh. That's... not good to hear. When we had the tests done there were two things they thought might be wrong with her that we didn't pursue, partly because there wasn't anything we could do to save her if she had them anyway. One was something they all have as kittens and every once in a while it mutates in adults.
