Lesee... and by the way, you're officially obsessed.

1. Rat really misses being a music teacher, not just for being involved with music but because he liked working with kids. He's pretty sure that isn't a real memory though, because there aren't many kids in the city, and that's also why he figures it's not a job he's likely to have again.

2. Rat isn't too broken up about not having a girlfriend/wife/kids/family and isn't looking for any of the above. Mostly he just shoves any thoughts of that to the back of his mind.

3. Still thinks of Schreber as that gimpy, slightly creepy guy who clearly knows more than he lets on.
