Tweeting all the way to the bank

I went online to see how pathetic my bank balance is, and found the login page changed to accomodate a bigass thing saying 'We're on Twitter!'

Call me wacky, but dispensing little spurts of information about what they do to the world is the last thing I want my bank doing.

Also Happy Birthday to madcowchef tomorrow! Except that I don't think he checks LJ anymore but maybe Alex will see this...? I suck at keeping in contact with the B'ham gang.

They're usually a pretty decent bank, just putzing along, but when they mess up it's always a big mess. Bridgie went without a bank card for two months once because they told her the new card request got lost and then a plane crashed and then they didn't even know what was going on...
