$603.19 if you buy the tickets much later than you meant to.
And that was with a *lot*of hunting. We just found out the frog boxer pens light up when you write! And now Ginny is boxing the cat...
Anyways, I made out pretty good, going through O'Hare both ways, which is a beautiful airport (I know there's not many of those), and my longest stopover is 3 hrs. Before you gag at that, most of the flights I was looking at had 7 and 8 hour stopovers. The worst I saw (and more than once) was 11 hours. In Dulles or SeaTac, the first of which is ugly and old, the second of which is god-awful. I hate SeaTac. 3 hous in ORD I can stand. I've flown too much and been in too many airports. I flew for the first time when I was about 15 months old, and have flown somewhere every five years or so ever since.
FROG BOXERS ROCK-I didn't know they light up!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA WOW now they rock even more! I need to go buy several because I like beating up people-maybe I will take one to work muwahaha.
Bet the cat LOVES bridgie now!
3 hrs...still gagging! :-D
I flew first in college and have done it 4 trips is all. I don't have layovers *knock on wood* more than an hour max. I always have to stopever in DFW. DFW is a pretty nice airport. OKC airpot is under construction so one day it will be pretty. Atlanta's airport is da bomb but it's too big and I get lost easy...three times I have been drugged up there and twice times I have been pushed around in a wheel chair (once because I fell the night before because I have bad ankles and fall a lot and I twisted my ankle badly so I couldn't walk to the plane, and the last time because it was an escort to the flight and I was drugged up) *grin* I HATE flying but I hate busses more heh.
I couldn't stand an 11 hr layover. If I buy tickets to visit y'all right now for anytime they are all about $400.00 bucks. WOOHOO. So now I just have to find a good time and ask off a couple of days for it so I don't get jet lag. :)
Well, Oklahoma to VA is not as far as VA to WA. SeaTac is the worst airport I have ever been in. Period. And I've been there more than any other airport. I grew up in Washington, my parents moved out there before I was born, but they both came from Michigan in the Detroit area, so all their family is back there. My dad doesn't communicate with his family much, what's left of it, and he usually stayed home, but I've flown back and forth to MI with my mother ona pretty regular basis.
Ginny wants you to know that although she hasn't re'd about the package yet, she is drawing you a gothic unicorn furry. And Spider adores the hell out of her, because she had a pasta salad with a bunch of crap on it, and Spider got pieces of both feta cheese AND anchovy. And Spider thinks that box you sent is just the greatest present ever, especially since we recently took a box Wendy sent us away from her, and that was her favorite toy.
Can I call you Rey? I have something jobwise I want to talk to you about if you are willing. I talked to my friend and she has an offer that may work out for you if you want to look into it.
Sorry, I didn't even notice the eml until I was two minutes away from going to bed. Does she have an address? Transportation is kind of a tricky problem right now... and Richmond's really big. I'm not sure whether or not to say I'm interested, because 'Richmond area' can still mean an hour's commute each way...
Nope, no problem. I *think* it's here 3604 Monument Ave. I will have to double check with her though. :) If you want to talk to her directly, you can: robyns@chemdry.com just tell her your name (real name, I didn't use Rey cause I figured as a business contact it wouldn't work right LOL) and that you are my friend, she is more than happy to help you if you can. :) She is AWESOME too and I love her to death so she isn't scary to talk to. :) You can call her RobynBird and she will know EXACTLY who you are HAHA. Or just call her Robyn ;) Either way...
Monument ave's a pretty good landmark... looks like that address is just the other side of I95. Not especially close, but not southside or anything. I imagine I could find a bus to that area...
Hey, you don't HAVE to work there but that business owner may know another one who knows another one...I just thought it couldn't hurt. :-D
BUT you better be good, because I am one of the best CSRs around and Robyn is so good, she trains CSRs for huge franchises (no joke I am not bragging here)so I'm just telling ya. I have no doubt that you would be perfect for any job of that sort (especially with your creative mind) which is why I even offered your info to Robyn...heh...I never ever ask her for favors like this, but she does owe me big because I just helped her get proof that another big franchise was breaking franchise agreement. MUWAHAHAHA.
That prolly makes no sense to you...but do take her up on it even if it's just to help with resume. :)
Anchovies are yuk, I would give them to the cat too! LOL. So she is tempting the cat in with foodstuffs and then wacking it with the boxing frog....cruel I am so turning you guys in for animal cruelty. heehee.
Boxes are fun toys for cats, especially when they are partly closed. ^_^
I don't think I've ever eaten anchovies, but I don't want to either. She boxed the cat *first*, then gave her food later. Spider loved it, if you wave anything at her, she headbutts it and purrs. Ginny put the little fists out, and Spider tried to make it pet her.
ROFLOL I just saw this reply, sorry. That cat thought the boxing frog wanted to pet her? heehee. That's just funny! a boxing frog cat petter. Hmmm...Oh Light-Up boxing frog cat petter. Well worth the money I think. *grin*
