Can you see the plastic bag the mom is holding there? You know how that fake blood stuff is cherry-flavored sugar water. She'd hold out the bag periodically for him to dip his hands in and then encouraged him to suck it off his fingers. It was hysterical. She had to keep stopping because people kept taking photos of him.
