I'm glad Squeaks didn't have a tooth abscess after all! Must be hard to tell until all that gunk is removed.
Therapists can suck. Some can be good and suck later when your needs change. But look at it this way -- you can see someone who isn't out to push drugs or label you, just someone who has an objective ear and some good ideas on how to get out of your funk.
