Uhhh.... IRPA is a government funded organization designed to create a race of super soldiers using hybrid DNA of aliens and human mages, who will have mind control powers to insinuate themselves into society and the governments of any foriegn countries not already in the power of the Illuminati. The war will be a subtle and quiet one waged by their takeover of society and subjugation of normals on a very personal level. There's a tiny element of truth in there somewhere.
