Okay, I'll see what's a good size cardstock paper I can get. We might have something in the house already, smaller than 24" square but still a good size. Paper is easier to frame, if that's what you intend to do with it.
...ears with legs? What? I've always been more of a nose fan than ears... I could do you some kind of a wacky teaparty, or I had a slightly surreal idea involving newts. Either of those is appealing to me. ;) The teaparty thing would have way more detail. The newt thing would work well at such a large scale.
