It is, sadly. This one I'm not annoyed by, it's just kind of stupid and funny. I might be annoyed if I have trouble when I get around to pulling the damn sticker off again... Yeah, the other part... heh. At least there's been some serious outcry over that too, but not enough. We don't want to stay in VA forever anyway.
