See, I get these people who want their hand held from the moment they walk in the front door. First they have to ask where things are (instead of, you know, spending an actual MINUTE looking), then they have to tell you the abridged story of their life, then the reason why they are looking for the book, then the story of who they plan to give it to, then they need you to carry the one (1) book to the register for them, then they must talk to you more while waiting in line to be rung up....goodness, that was a long rant for being off of work today.
I'm all for helping folks who need help, but I'm not their to be their instant best friend or personal shopper.
Anyways...you need to borrow a video camera. Or a cell phone with video capabilities, at least.
