Even with five employees he is being a bastard. That was my problem where I worked to. I MADE them make me a handbook with my job duties, I types the fucking handbook up myself LOL! It was an awesome one too.
I don't know what to tell you, I kept getting turned down at all my jobs because I was 'overqualified' blech be an Advertising Dept manager ONE time heh. My best friend is a business coach for a worlwide company, would like you to pass your resume' to me and let her go over it and suggest changes? I was getting nowhere with mine also until she went over it and tweaked it a bit for me. She had her own business for YEARS and was in charge of hiring lots of people...let me know if you want her to, it can't hurt. (well unless SHE is a stalker and stalks you down LOL) She doesn't generally do this, but she owes me big and so if you want I can have her do it. It helped for me and within a month I had this job. :)
